Yes. Technicians open work orders, take photos, fill in reports and collect customer signatures regardless of signal. Everything syncs automatically once the phone is back online. GPS plus offline is a core feature — most service work happens in boiler rooms, on rooftops and in basements.

Yes. Data is stored in EU data centers, compliant with GDPR. Encrypted in transit and at rest, regular backups. Every work order change is recorded — you know who did what and when.
